Cody inspected my home today that I am about to final close on. I found him extremely professional, concise and objective about his role, professional observations, and commitment to his client. He was not swayed by the previous owner’s input but listened appropriately to his input, as he was there as well as myself and was given time to verbalize his input about the house and its history.
